It is a comfortable waiting room for guests, mainly a part of the larger reception area. This place is used to welcome our guests or to have a short informal meeting. Within this area the water and coffee machine need to be accessible as well as the wardrobe and the separate toilet for guests. Sometimes it is good to equip this area with a bar counter where our guest can sit on a bar stool and be served by us - just to build relations.
